All orders placed on the website are subject to these general terms and conditions. RS Fishing sàrl reserves the right to adapt or modify these general terms and conditions at any time, the version of the general terms and conditions applicable to each transaction being the one found online on the website www.rsfishing.lu at the time of the order.
The Customer
The customer declares that he is a natural person, at least 18 years old and of legal capacity or that he has parental authorization allowing him to place an order on the site. When registering personal data, the customer must ensure the accuracy and completeness of the mandatory information he provides. In the event of an error in specifying the recipient's details, RS Fishing sàrl cannot be held liable for the impossibility of delivering the product.
The Products
The products offered for sale are the products described on the site. RS Fishing sàrl takes the greatest care in presenting and describing these products in order to best meet the customer's information. However, it is possible that the site may contain insignificant errors, which the customer acknowledges and accepts.
The Order
The placing of an order on the website is subject to compliance with the procedure put in place by RS Fishing sàrl, which is specified by a sequence of different steps that the customer must strictly follow to validate his order. The customer has the opportunity, before definitively validating his order, to check the details of the order and the total price and to correct any errors before confirming the order to express his acceptance. Any order confirmed by the customer is considered a sales contract and an acceptance of all the provisions of these conditions. RS Fishing sàrl will refuse any order from a customer with whom there is a dispute or an incident relating to the payment of a previous order or who violates the provisions of these conditions. In this case, RS Fishing sàrl will inform the customer by email. If the customer does not contact RS Fishing sàrl to correct the elements that are erroneous or contrary to these general terms and conditions, RS Fishing sàrl reserves the right not to process the order. A confirmation email containing a summary of the order (products, prices, availability of products, quantity …) will be sent to the customer by RS Fishing sàrl. For this purpose, the customer expressly accepts the use of electronic mail for the confirmation of the contents of his order by RS Fishing sàrl. The invoice for the order will be included with the delivery.
Prices
The prices of the products are indicated in euros, including all taxes and duties, excluding shipping costs. The total price of the order (including all taxes and shipping costs) is displayed in the shopping cart. RS Fishing sàrl reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, but the products will be invoiced based on the rates in force at the time of registration of the order, subject to availability.
The punctual implementation of promotional actions may lead to price fluctuations on one or more products, which are limited in time and whose duration is indicated on the site.
These price fluctuations do not give rise to a right to reimbursement for past orders made before this promotional period.
Payment
Payment is made in euros on the day of the order.
To pay for the cost of the order, the customer has the following payment methods:

Delivery
The delivery will be sent to the address indicated for this purpose by the customer on the order form.
The customer or the recipient undertakes to accept receipt of the products or delivery of the goods at the address indicated.
To ensure smooth delivery, the customer undertakes to provide all information necessary for delivery (in particular a telephone number at which the transport company can contact him during the day).
If the delivery of the goods fails for reasons attributable to the customer, the customer will bear the reasonable costs incurred by the seller as a result.
Right of Withdrawal
The private customer has a right of withdrawal which he can exercise without giving any reason within fourteen (14) days from delivery of the order by returning, at his own expense, the new products (in their original intact packaging, unworn, unwashed or tried on) accompanied by the order number to the following address:

Refund
The refund of the products in the case referred to in paragraph VIII will be made by RS Fishing sàrl within a maximum period of 30 days from receipt of the said products. The refund will be made using the same payment method chosen by the customer at the time of placing the order.
Applicable Law
Any order implies, by law, the customer's acceptance of the general terms and conditions. These general terms and conditions are governed by Luxembourg law. In the event of a dispute, the Luxembourg courts have exclusive jurisdiction. In the event of difficulties or complaints relating to an order, the customer may contact RS Fishing sàrl to seek an amicable solution.
Information Technology and Civil Liberties
The information collected by RS Fishing sàrl when the customer places an order is necessary for the processing of the transaction and, for this purpose, may be communicated in whole or in part to RS Fishing sàrl's service providers who act in the context of the execution of the order. The customer is informed that the same personal data may also be collected by an organization responsible for analyzing orders and combating credit card fraud.
Return of Goods
The return of goods is at the customer's expense.
The customer must inform the seller in writing (by email, registered letter, withdrawal form) of his wish to withdraw from the contract. The mere return of the goods or the refusal to accept delivery is not sufficient to withdraw from the contract.
The customer must return, at his own expense, the new products (in their original intact packaging, unworn, unwashed or tried on), accompanied by the order number, to the following address:
