The return of goods is at the customer's expense.

To return a product, please notify the seller in writing (by email, registered letter, or via the withdrawal form) of your intention to cancel the contract. The mere return of the goods or refusal to accept delivery does not constitute an effective cancellation of the contract.

The customer must, at his own expense, return the new products (in their original intact packaging, unworn, unwashed, or untried) along with the order number to the following address:

Refund

The refund of the products in the case referred to in paragraph VIII will be made by RS Fishing sàrl within a maximum period of 30 days from receipt of the said products. The refund will be made using the same payment method chosen by the customer at the time of placing the order.
