The delivery will be sent to the address provided by the customer on the order form for this purpose.
The customer or the recipient undertakes to accept the delivery of the products or goods at the specified address.
To ensure smooth delivery, the customer agrees to provide all necessary information (in particular, a telephone number by which the carrier can reach the customer during the day).
If delivery fails due to reasons attributable to the customer, the customer shall bear the reasonable costs incurred by the seller.
Shipping Costs and Conditions
- Domestic Deliveries: Free shipping for orders over 99 €.
- International Deliveries: Free shipping for orders over 199 €.
For orders below the respective minimum order values, the following shipping costs apply. The prices refer to shipments up to 10 kg, 20 kg and 30 kg.
